Our Story
Navigating the Bay is a new luxury transportation company with over 15 years of experience in the industry. We are a local family-owned business based out of Tampa Bay FL.

Our small team of experts are committed to finding the best solutions for our clients. We want you to have the luxury feel but with more competitive pricing.
Our Quality
Navigating the Bay is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in everything we do. We are experienced, well trained and licensed. All the drivers have passed Level 2 background checks and drug tested. All the drivers have their PVDL's (Public Vehicle Driver's License).
Frequent Questions
Delayed or early flights
Your flight will be monitored, and your assigned driver will know when your plane is landing. Please make sure we are furnished with the correct flight information.
Departing time for the airport
should be at least 2 hours ahead before departing time, but depends of day, time of the day, location, traffic, weather, flight type (domestic or international).
Driver pickup details
You will receive a on location text from your driver with meeting instructions. Please do not forget to turn your phone on when your flight arrives.
Please call us in case you cannot locate your driver.
